Attributing her success to her love for what she does, Rosalie Mignano-Aste has excelled as the vice president of corporate real estate and facilities management at Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company, and IMG, its talent agency representing entertainers, athletes, and fashion designers, since 2008. In this role, she manages the real estate process, which consists of transaction management and lease administration, and both space and strategic planning for the corporation across all office locations occupied by IMG and IMG companies. He works alongside business leaders and senior management to analyze present and future needs.
Ms. Mignano-Aste prepared for her professional journey by earning an Associate of Science in business administration and management at SUNY Westchester Community College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in facilities and property management from Iowa University. She earned her real estate broker license in New York State and, prior to her current appointment, she accrued experience and skills as an administrative officer within facilities management at Alliance Capital Management from 1992 to 1996. She was subsequently active as the assistant director of building services at the Museum of Modern Art for two years and then found success as the vice president and global real estate and facilities director at AllianceBernstein from 1996 to 2008.
As a testament to her achievements in and out of the field, Ms. Mignano-Aste has earned an award from the International Facility Management Association and was named a Women of Valor from the St. Francis Food Pantries in New York City. Looking toward the future, she does not intend on diverting from her profession, but she would appreciate more recognition for herself and her team from a corporate perspective—she considers her role to be a valuable contributor to the company overall that is often overlooked. She aspires to retire at the senior vice president level. Furthermore, she hopes to see a continued promotion of inclusion within her industry. To those interested in following in her professional footsteps, she stressed the importance of starting at the bottom and exploring “related professions and specializations to find a path that suits your goals.”
